** exchange request is only available via email. If customers do not send email before shipment, all of procedure is not available.
** REFUND or RETURN is NOT available due to high demand of other customers who have to wait until return procedure to be completed.

return (exchange) request should be made within 2 days after receive

We provide 1 time exchange service for free of handling charge (shipping cost is needed)

   - shipping charge with 'actual' cost (please reminded that the 22.75$ for express shipping was customer service price for order)

1. Please write $20 and gift on the receipt.

2. please leave us tracking number after you ship so that the item not to be lost.

3. After we receipt, we will check the damage or usage.

4. We will ship back to you after payment via Paypal for shipping & handling charge.

   - shipping charge with 'actual' cost (please reminded that the 22.75$ for express shipping was customer service price for order)

   - handling charge+packaging cost etc for 24.35 USD (cancelation fee before shipping : 15.64 USD)

5. In the case the item that customers want to receive is out of stock, refund charge is added for additional 15 USD (stock charge-for other customers had to wait)

shipping policy
- We ship in 1~2 business day after an order. In the case of out of stock due to rush of orders at once, we contact customer via email for detail.
After we ship, tracking number is provided in 1 day after shipment.
You can check tracking number from your account, order detail or order history. Also email is sent with tracking number.
If you still have not received email after an order, please check spam mail folder. Sometimes our emails goes into spam mail box.

- Many of customers simply are not on his/her address, that cause return of package to us. In this case, all of cost is for customer's charge.
- For all of Paypal dispute case, customers are assumed that he/she has agreed all of above policy.
