Notice again for email, and tracking number

We are getting some issues about email and shipping notice, that some of customers can not receive emails.
1. Please check junk mail box.
- Sometimes our emails goes to your spam mail box.
2. Please send us email again in the case we do not reply in 24 hours.
- As above, we find some of customer's emails from our spam mail box. We are checking regularly.
3. Please check tracking number in your account or order page
- Some customers may not receive tracking number emails sometimes, but tracking number can be in your account & order page.
We will do our best to improve our system to prevent any inconvenience, and for your comfort use.
