1. shipping period

- 3~5 bbusiness days to world wide. Normally it takes 3~5 days to world wide. Sometimes due to local post office delay, it can be delays slightly. But most of our customers receive in time.

- We ship wold wide.

3. Paypal problem

- Some of customers have problem on payment via Paypal. If the Paypal payment is rejected continuously, it means that your shipping address is not matched with billing address. In this case, please send us email. We will send you invoice to proceed. Or you can just send payment to our account ( Paypal to : solidprotection01@gmail.com ) and leave message for order list.

4. re-stock

- Most of SEMAPOGEAR products are sold out quickly. We are doing our best to restock them. Please contact us via email for detail of schedule.

5. Fake reseller.

- Some of Chinese (HongKong) Taiwan dealers are selling our gears without stock. We do not work another dealers without notice. Please do not order from them. We can not guarantee that you will get proper gears from them.

shipping policy
- We ship in 1~2 business day after an order. In the case of out of stock due to rush of orders at once, we contact customer via email for detail.
After we ship, tracking number is provided in 1 day after shipment.
You can check tracking number from your account, order detail or order history. Also email is sent with tracking number.
If you still have not received email after an order, please check spam mail folder. Sometimes our emails goes into spam mail box.

- Many of customers simply are not on his/her address, that cause return of package to us. In this case, all of cost is for customer's charge.
