[NEWS] Shipping issue & New shipment option

Hello. World wide SEMAPO GEAR fans.

Thank you always for using SEMAPO GEAR in your battle. 


We had shipping issue during last 6 months after we had used another shipping method.

That is why we have changed shipping method from this middle of November.


Event 1.

Shipping guarantee event.


If your order is not arrived within 3~10 days after an order, we will refund shipping cost. 

-3 days : Asian country

-6 days : USA

-10 days : Europe, etc.

* in the case using express shipment (EMS)

*business day (except weekend, holidays)


Event 2.

We also have made new shipping option beside EMS express. It is K-packet normal speed shipment.

It can take 2 weeks to be arrived in your address, but you can save shipping cost. I will be 10~15 $ for world wide shipment depending countries.

Also you can get tracking number and can track your order as before.

As a event, we will do FREE SHIPPING for normal speed shipment.


We had many reports from our fans about changing shipping method because there were many of issues last 6 months.

Thank you for your understanding, and We will do fast shipment and correct handling as before.

shipping policy
- We ship in 1~2 business day after an order. In the case of out of stock due to rush of orders at once, we contact customer via email for detail.
After we ship, tracking number is provided in 1 day after shipment.
You can check tracking number from your account, order detail or order history. Also email is sent with tracking number.
If you still have not received email after an order, please check spam mail folder. Sometimes our emails goes into spam mail box.

please check tracking number continuously after shipment, until you get item.
In the case of returned to us, shipping cost & handling charge + package charge is for customer.

- After shipment, all of rest of procedure is customer's hand which is beyond our control.
This is normal standard of online shopping mall website. Custom clearance procedure, tracking number check, contact your post office etc.
- Many of customers simply are not on his/her address, that cause return of package to us. In this case, all of cost is for customer's charge.
- For all of Paypal dispute case, customers are assumed that he/she has agreed all of above policy.
