This tourniquet pouch is commonly seen on reference photos that is taken in desert warfare like Afghanistan, etc.

There is webbing strap which is attached with main cover with UTX original snap button. You can easily grab and pull for opening. Also you can just easily put the cover back to position on velcro secured cover.

For most of special forces, tourniquet is must have gear for daily mission , operations. They carry at least 1 tourniquet, and commonly 2 tourniquets. Sometimes 3 !

Carry 1~2 of this pouch on your plate carrier, vest.
