Thank you for your orders to all of our supporters, and customers.

We are making this notice to provide more satisfaction on shipping procedure without inconvenience until you receive package.

There is 2 important thing that buyer should do after we ship package.

1. Please check tracking number continuously, we recommend every few hours or everyday at least. Because you can know if the package has not delivered with some reasons.

2. Please request us to do what you need at any time !!

 Some of customer have to do custom clearance procedure. It will be easy and we will be just stand beside you to complete all of procedure if you request.


We would like to kindly advise you to check tracking number until you receive package.

Some of packages are returning to us as the reason below :

- absence of buyer ( when post office staff try to visit your address, there is no one to receive package )

- unclaim by buyer ( buyer should proceed custom clearance procedure if need, because we do not handle rest of procedure after shipment)

There is some returned case with these reasons those make unnecessary additional shipping cost for shipping cost to ship package back to customer, as well as shipping period.

Customers who have used website for purchase at any website should know this is common policy.

**  One of package has not delivered to customer with the reason 'absence of buyer'. The customer has sent email to us saying he can not pay another shipping cost because he has not received shipping confirmation email. But this email was just direct reply email to shipping confirmation mail. He has replied directly to 'shipping confirmation email' and said he has not received shipping confirmation email. This means he has received shipping confirmation email and replied to that email. **

 We fully understand that he does not want to pay shipping cost. But please understand that in the case of returned case, post office need another shipping cost which is beyond our control. Always be reminded to check tracking number until you receive package.

shipping policy
- We ship in 1~2 business day after an order. In the case of out of stock due to rush of orders at once, we contact customer via email for detail.
After we ship, tracking number is provided in 1 day after shipment.
You can check tracking number from your account, order detail or order history. Also email is sent with tracking number.
If you still have not received email after an order, please check spam mail folder. Sometimes our emails goes into spam mail box.

- Many of customers simply are not on his/her address, that cause return of package to us. In this case, all of cost is for customer's charge.
- For all of Paypal dispute case, customers are assumed that he/she has agreed all of above policy.
